If you look at the lil’ Daisypath counter in my blog, you’ll realize that today we have been together for exactly 11 years and 9 months (though we have only been married for 9 months).
Ever since we first got together, we have been wishing each other “Happy Anniversary!” monthly (yes, that’s 141 months of anniversary wishes). We don’t necessarily have to do anything to celebrate it but a simple wish would suffice. Even when we were doing the long distance relationship thingy for 2 years, we would text, email or call each other to wish “Happy Anniversary”.
This morning Mi Amor called me around 1.30 am to do exactly that and that was enough to make my day. Today in the office (about an hour ago actually) I received a surprise delivery:

At first I thought it was odd that they sent purple and white roses...coz normally people would send red or pink roses. Then I realized that purple and white was the exact theme of our wedding solemnization!
Sighhhh...this is the first time I'm getting chocked up since he left for Vevey. Te quiero y te extrano mucho Mi Amor!
Think I should get a timer to start counting down the days to me leaving for Vevey. Why doesn't time fly when you want it to?
